Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for helping clients achieve peace of mind through comprehensive life insurance coverage. As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and providing expert advice on life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.

Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.

Sales: Present and sell life insurance policies, including term, whole, and universal life insurance.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and changes. Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout the insurance process and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to effectively position and promote our products.

Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure ethical and compliant practices.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus; experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable.

Licensing: Must obtain and maintain a state insurance license for life insurance (company will assist with licensing process if needed).

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in using CRM software and other office tools

A proactive and results-driven attitude
