Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
Active Life and Health Insurance License (or willing to obtain)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient with technology, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools
