- Organize and maintain physical filing systems.
- Answering phones in a friendly professional manner.
- Provide administrative support where needed.
- Accounts Payable Responsibilities.
- Operation of basic office equipment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
- Friendly, Reliable, Organized individual.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Working Hours:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Typical working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour unpaid lunch break
