Someone with an appreciation for the arts and music is desirable, although not necessary, for this position.
Work hours: Thursday, Friday 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday 8:15 am to 3:00 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient administration of the front desk- answering all inquiries in a timely manner, managing appointments, catering to customer needs while adhering to school's policies and procedures, keeping the school in a clean and working order
- Accept payment for lessons and products
- Contribute to organizational planning for various events throughout the year, including bi-annual recitals

- Proficiency with Google docs and Mindbody (Mindbody software can be taught during training)
