Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Detroit, Michigan, United States. This role falls within the telecom provider industry and requires a highly organized individual with attention to detail. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring the efficient processing of customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records.Responsibilities: Provide office support to either an individual or team to ensure the smooth running of the business Field telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors professionally Create spreadsheets and presentations in a timely and efficient manner Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally Utilize bilingual marketing skills to effectively communicate with diverse customer base Perform filing and other administrative tasks as necessary Requirements The applicant should possess relevant experience in the role of an Administrative Assistant. Proficiency in Bilingual Marketing is a key requirement for this role. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently is essential. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Proficiency in using various office software, including email, spreadsheets, and database systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to work independently as well as in a team. Exceptional customer service skills. High attention to detail. The willingness to continually update skills and knowledge. The ability to handle confidential information. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. Experience in managing office supplies and inventory. The ability to provide administrative support for a wide variety of functions. Excellent problem-solving skills.
