Location: FULLY Remote

Position Type: Freelance/Contract - 1099

Overview:

We are seeking 5 highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will have the flexibility to set your own hours and work from the comfort of your own home. As your own boss, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients while managing your workload independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

2. Provide accurate information and resolution to customer issues and concerns.

Requirements:

3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
