A successful candidate will represent the users perspective throughout the product lifecycle through discovery, ideation, and validation. This person will work independently to complete projects at the level of whole features within a well scoped domain. They will design flows and experiences by applying user experience best practices and principles to low and/or high-fidelity designs, from wireframes to mockups to interactive prototypes. They will conduct generative user research such as user interviews and stakeholder interviews. They will partner with stakeholders, product owners, engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to iterate and oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch$40/hr to $50/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.
