- Manage build projects and schedules
- Coordinate completion of all build and configuration documentation
- Plan and execute agile builds
- Manage server build cutovers
- Coordinate software upgrades and server replat form projects
- Manage resolution of build issues
- Ensure approved technology standards are followed
- Manage cross functional teams with varying levels of infrastructure technology exposure
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. (MIS, computer engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in server and infrastructure planning/support environment
- Solid understanding of infrastructure architecture, including servers, SAN, networking, database and middleware
- Experience with managing and delivering simple to complex server builds and associated infrastructure
- Ability to identify and coordinate the resolution of complex server build configuration or connectivity issues
- Experience building Windows/Unix servers
- Experience with server build automation using Ansible
- Ability to multitask and manage many complex projects concurrently
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
- A consultative team player that can assess conflicting view points and opinions but has an ability to rationally assess alternatives and clearly articulate recommendations to management
- Demonstrates initiative to explore new technology, processes and methods
- Proficient in MS Office, GSuite, Lotus Notes, ServiceNow
- Exposure to Agile, SCRUM
- Exposure to DevOps operating model
