You will be developing and implementing growth strategy for US Mobile Robotics in line with global Mobile Robotics and US strategy.

As part of the US mobile robotics management team, you will actively contribute to business success and growth through ensuring project excellence, managing customer escalation issues and improving operational processes. With strong and connected leadership with the mobile robotics business and staff and a market focused approach, you will help drive business success at our customer sites, drive HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance in a zero accident mentality and coordinate operational activities for Industries Robotics, US.This is a position with global grade

Product Line Leader, US Mobile RoboticsYour responsibilitiesAct as main contact point for operations activities in US Mobile Robotics.

Responsible for establishing capability and capacity plans.

Ensure professional project management practice both internally (e.g. complying with risk review and project mgmt. reviews) and externally (understanding and implementation of best practices).

Responsible to drive standardization and modularization in the business utilizing best practices.

Accountable to collect, maintain and share all available solutions to be promoted and reused (cost saving and consistent approach).

Secure right structures and capacity for growth in US Mobile Robotics.

Engage in pull business from other BL (Business Line) from quotation to execution as needed.

Responsible for governance and process for developing new offering as well as maintenance of existing offering.Your backgroundBachelor's degree with minimum 8 plus years of experience within a robotic and/or production environment.

Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and leading production teams.

Strong focus on Integrity, Safety and Environment.

People leadership, manage the team and ensure engagement, safety and operational excellence.

Strong experience and proven track record in prior operational roles.

Good understanding of robotics customers, markets and competitive landscape.

Combination of strategic thinking and execution (result) orientation.

Willingness to travel as needed for the role.

Capable to solve issues/problems and able to communicate in an effective manner that drives corrective actions.

Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.Benefits
