Job Description
- Implement the best strategies for temporary labor service.
- Analyse the market situation of temporary labor service.
- Acting as project buyer to support in the ramp up phase of recruitment process in Michigan Area.
- Support HR function in organization of temporary labor suppliers.
- Support Regional buyers if is needed.
- Expectation to succeed in recruitment of labor to the plant.
- Good implementation in VMS and digital tools such as Ariba.
- Good communication to push HR team in order to complete Indirect Purchasing process in the right time.
- Implementation of KPIs.
- Implement shuttles in the sites where the service will be required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar field.
- Proficiency in Ariba, Succes Factor and HRIS
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, purchasing skills and process formation.
- Must be fluent in English.
