Job Description for Store:
Opening the store.
Pulling goods daily and labeling.
Operating touch screen register which includes but is not limited to scanning or entering in goods, collecting payment, issuing change and receipts, and processing returns.
Using Square POS system and balancing till.
Learning products in the store to service our customers more efficiently.
Unpacking and stocking deliveries.
Organizing and maintaining stock in the store.
Tracking and documenting inventory in freezers and in store.
Providing quality CUSTOMER SERVICE over the phone, online, and in person.
Maintaining general cleanliness of store including but not limited to: cleaning spills, maintaining the coffee counter, sweeping or mopping the floor, shoveling/sweeping storefront, sanitizing register area, and bathroom.
Preferred Qualification:
Previous experience in Retail and Customer Service.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18+ (to buy dry ice for store needs.)
Have a reliable means of transportation.
Knowledge of how to operate a computer and send emails.
Ability to work dayshift.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Ability to count cash.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude without discrimination or judgment.
