About Us:
We have a small, close-knit staff of 6. Our collective interests include drinking tea, jamming out to music, reading books, sharing our newest favorite shows, and swapping pictures of our beloved pets.
Founded in 1984 and located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Castle Remedies is a well-established Homeopathic Pharmacy/Health Store. We have a part-time opening for a dependable and motivated individual with retail experience, computer literacy, background in an alternative health care environment or a strong desire to learn about homeopathy, herbs and nutritional supplements.
The position entails: checking in orders, stocking shelves, helping maintain the homeopathic pharmacy, serving our clientele, answering phones, running cash registers, setting up displays, opening and closing shop, filing and computer data entry. In addition, a sense of humor, flexibility, tolerance and compassion are all must have qualities for this position.
Because we are looking to hire a new employee who meets all of our criteria, we will only be responding to some applications. Please note that this is not a summer or temporary job position. Due to the intensive nature of training a new employee, we hope to hire a reliable applicant who expects to be able to work with us for at least one year or more. Thank you for your interest.

Scheduled Hours:
-Tuesdays 12pm - 6pm
-Wednesday 12 - 6pm
-Saturday 11am - 4pm
Denotes a closing shift. The store closes at 6:00pm on weekdays and 4:00pm on Saturdays. Most of the time, we are out the door within a few minutes of closing up shop, but occasionally you may need to stay up to 15 minutes after.
Breaks: Employees working a 4 hour shift are entitled to a 30 minute paid break; 6 hour shifts are entitled to a 45 minute paid break; and 8 hour shifts are entitled to a 60 minute paid break.
