The successful candidate will need to be a high-energy team player who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic work environment and gains satisfaction from making a difference in peoples’ lives.
Part-time
Monday to Friday
10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Daily Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person interviews with candidates to review their background, experience, skills and qualifications
Utilize proprietary database to enter, maintain and update candidate information
Prepare candidates for interviews providing general interview tips and detailed client information
Facilitate interview processes between Management, Distributors and candidates
Establish strong relationships with Management Team through consistent communication
Light Sales and Marketing Tasks
Daily Inventory Reports & Data Entry Functions
Requirements:
Effective time management skills, ability to multi task, be well organized and able to prioritize
Ability to work equally well independently with little to no supervision as part of team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interest in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Proficient using MS Office Suite (Strong Excel and Microsoft Word Skills)
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
Very good time management and ability to prioritize
A strong desire to build the business, accept challenges with open arms, and be successful
1-2 years administrative experience is preferred
