Part time mobile home park manager wanted

I am looking for a part-time person to manage a mobile home park in Ypsilant. Must have previous office experience. Duties will include but are not limited to collecting rent, renting out homes, keeping the park clean, working closely with maintenance to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
