Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption, usage of processes and systems and minimize resistance.  Drive to faster adoption, higher utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees at every level. Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.    Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers as they help direct reports through the Supply Chain project and product enablement and future changes that impact the organization.  Support project teams in integrating change readiness activities into current and new project plans.  Execute and/or support change management initiatives applying sound organization development methods and advise on complex HR initiatives/realignments involving aspects of change management and/or organizational development.Primary Responsibilities Facilitate Supply Chain related organizational change management to enable the smooth transition from current state to the desired state that includes all activities aimed at helping the organization successfully accept and adopt new organizations, business processes, and technology.Apply a structured change management strategy and lead change management activities apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or department initiative.Support communication efforts: support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.Assess the change impact: conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders (such as the AS-IS, TO-BE strategy). Assess the change readiness: develop the appropriate approach and build the infrastructure for sustainable change.Support training efforts: provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress and maturity levels.Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.Coaching Senior Leaders: Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives, helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.Supporting Managers: Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers as they help their direct reports through HR product enablement and future changes.Project Integration: Support project teams in integrating change management activities into current and new project plans.Executing Change Initiatives: Execute and/or support change management initiatives applying sound organization development methods.Advising on new initiatives: Advise on complex initiatives/realignments involving aspects of change management and/or organizational development.
