Our consulting firm has been retained by a successful Fast Casual Restaurant (FCR) in the Worcester County area to find an experienced, self-motivated and career driven Manager.
Initially, your focus would be managing their state of the art kitchen and the back of the house team.
You should have experience or knowledge including but not limited to: food prep, establishing procedures, creativity, scheduling, ordering inventory and overall cleanliness and quality control.
Subsequently, your focus would be in managing both the front and back end of the business, along with their full service bar.
My client serves a wide variety of foods like Pizza, Seafood, Chicken, Pasta and Sandwiches. Their restaurant offers guests to dine-in, take-out and delivery, so the ability to put out great food in a timely manner is a must.
