Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role will be pivotal in the management and processing of payroll for our clients, with a strong emphasis on maintaining client accounts and assisting with various projects. This position is situated within the financial services industry and requires specific skills in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.Responsibilities: Oversee and execute the processing of payroll for a diverse range of clients. Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist with various projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Provide excellent customer service, resolving client inquiries promptly and professionally. Monitor client accounts, identifying potential issues and initiating appropriate action. Use ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer credit records. Process customer credit applications with precision and speed. Work collaboratively within a team to meet objectives and deadlines. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Requirements Possess strong knowledge and experience in ADP - Financial Services Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now Detailed understanding of payroll processes, procedures, and regulations Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proven experience in payroll calculations, deductions, and taxes Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Must adhere to strict deadlines and have strong time management skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with local, state, and federal payroll and tax regulations.
