Position Summary:
As a Guest Service/Wellness Concierge, you are the face of Release Well-Being Center, guiding our guests through a seamless, memorable experience from the moment they connect with us until they leave. This role requires a detail-oriented, calm, and positive demeanor to ensure that every guest feels at ease and attended to in our wellness-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about our services, and guide them throughout their wellness experience.
Booking & Scheduling: Accurately book and manage appointments in our MindBody system, ensuring all details are correctly entered and updated.
Service Check-In/Out: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, managing transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Facility Maintenance: Support a pristine and welcoming environment by handling laundry, cleaning, and stocking locker rooms and other shared spaces.
Core Values & Mission: Embody and promote Release’s mission and core values, helping to foster a positive, cohesive atmosphere for both guests and team members.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, with previous customer service experience.
Skills: Basic math, cash handling, strong phone and computer skills. Prior experience with MindBody Software or a willingness to learn.
Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Familiarity with wellness services (e.g., massage, esthetics, fitness, yoga) is a plus, though not required.
