Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
Assist sales representatives with order processing, quote preparation, and customer follow-up.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, online chat, and email, offering accurate product information and scheduling customer follow ups.
Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and generate paperwork as needed.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in CRM software.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Provide sample products to customers and assist with packaging online orders.
Help maintain the showroom and product sample library
Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and lasting impression.
Office Administration
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings/events.
Generate sales reports and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
Maintain accurate and up to date inventory records.
Assist with basic accounting tasks and data entry within Quickbooks.
Requirements
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in sales, administrative roles, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or similar Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Quickbooks experience is highly valued.
Experience working with a CRM.
Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
