We are a fast-paced, growth-oriented company seeking a highly driven Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple ongoing projects across diverse locations. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on involvement to ensure that every project meets budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for several active projects simultaneously.
Leadership Communication: Act as a bridge between senior leadership and on-site teams to ensure company expectations are clearly understood and executed.
Payroll & Expense Management: Oversee department payroll processing and expense tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed project proposals for internal review and approval.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring performance, cost control, and schedule adherence.
Travel: Willingness to travel over 3,000 miles per month to visit job sites, meet teams, and ensure project progress.
Hands-On Support: Physically assist with construction activities when required to keep projects on track.
Team Development: Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills, efficiency, and performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction project management, preferably managing multiple projects concurrently.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel extensively and work on-site as needed.
Hands-on construction experience is strongly preferred.
