Those with specialized training AND jack-of-all-trade types are encouraged to apply.

Open to part-time, full-time, and per diem but reliability is a must to support our farmers.
Welding/Fabrication
Equipment repair (farm and construction)
Diesel engine repair
Engine driven pumps to 250hp
Machining
Experience with electrical ranging from dc automotive to 3 phase 480v a big plus!
Piping/pump systems
Excavation and site work (moving lengths of pipe, digging, installs, etc)
Machinery moving and rigging
Various work on farms across New England
Golf course pumps/pump stations
There is also plenty to do at the mill: repairs, carpentry, plumbing, high amp electrical, and more
Sometimes we’re working in Monson, other days are on-site at farms. There will occasionally be jobs requiring overnight travel.
