Accufab IronWorks Inc. is small fabrication company based in Goshen Ma, that specializes in building custom metal railings, Metal stair systems, small structural projects, and a large variety of metal products. We offer positions both as a fabricator in our shop as well as installing our products on site.
We are looking for a motivated individual with at least 1 year of construction related experience with an emphasis on welding and metal fabrication.
As an Ideal candidate you will
1.) Be proficient with measuring tape and basic hand tools, speed square, framing square, Angle finder, level, drills, saws etc.
2.) Able to perform welding in most positions whether Mig, Tig, or Stick
3.) Able to troubleshoot equipment and have a willingness to solve problems.
4.) Be proficient in mathematics, calculate angles and solve simple but complex mathematical equations.
5.) Able to read welding blueprints, architectural drawings and handwritten drawings.
6.) Willingness and proficiency with many different types of skilled tasks some menial such as painting, sanding, etc.
7.) Has a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
8.) Can get to work on time and operates on your own personal initiative.
9.) Wants to grow with a company and eventually take on a leadership role.
10.) Has a positive attitude and an eye for detail.
11.) have Osha 10hr card.
