Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and
courtesy.
Coordinate front-desk activities which also include distributing correspondences
to appropriate staff members and ensuring you are welcoming guest positively.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document
preparation.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance
productivity.
Entering purchase orders
Handling request/queries from our sales division and managers.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
G- Suite
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
Familiarity with advanced office procedures is a plus.
Keeping common area(s) clean and organized.
