A fast-paced property management office is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team! We’re seeking someone with a strong customer service background who’s comfortable talking to residents regularly and thrives in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone experienced — no entry-level candidates please
Strong customer service skills; you'll be interacting with residents daily
Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems and procedures
Bonus if you have experience in administrative support, marketing, leasing, or property management
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with resident inquiries, paperwork, and daily operations
Support leasing and marketing efforts
Stay organized, adaptable, and proactive in a high-volume office
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
