Job Title: Failure Analysis EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and dedicated Failure Analysis Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis (RCA) using advanced analytical tools, recommending corrective actions based on findings, and communicating results to cross-functional teams and upper management. You will collaborate closely with HW Reliability, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, and Design teams to identify root causes of failures during product development, production, and field use. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining an RCA repository database, writing comprehensive failure analysis reports, and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves demonstrating proficiency with standard failure analysis tools and lab equipment, and evaluating and introducing new techniques and equipment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives to enhance processes and develop SOPs and troubleshooting guidelines. Furthermore, you will assist in managing and training Failure Analysis Engineers and Technicians.Hard Skills
