The customer service representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers and responding to inquiries in regards to health plans, discussing eligibility, plan offerings, price points and more! Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Excellent computer skills
Experience using Microsoft Office
Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in health insurance
Solid understanding of Perform Data Entry
Experience with Call Center Customer Service
Foundational knowledge in communication
Expertise in switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
Proven knowledge of Medical Benefits
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
