Description Our client in Westborough is looking for a customer service representative to join their team! The customer service representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers and responding to inquiries in regards to health plans, discussing eligibility, plan offerings, price points and more! Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
Experience with Call Center Customer Service
Communication experience
Command of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
Adeptness in Medical Benefits
Deep understanding of health insurance
Perform Data Entry experience desired
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Excellent computer skills
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
