We are the AI Search & Workflows Quality Engineers at ServiceNow we are involved to ensure the quality of the AI-powered search and workflow automation features within the Now Platform. This includes verifying that AI Search provides relevant, accurate, and personalized search results across various data sources, and that AI-driven workflows function as expected. QE (Quality Engineering) teams test these features to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth and effective user experienceIn this position, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the quality strategy for software products, with the opportunity to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into testing, decision-making, and workflow automation.
