As a Global Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall employee experience by ensuring competitive and comprehensive benefits offerings across different regions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to design, communicate, and administer benefits programs that attract, retain, and support a diverse workforce. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards & HR Technology and is based in the Waltham, MA office. Deciphera expects a minimum of three days a week on-site, with flexible hours to accommodate work/life balance.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day administration of global benefits programs (e.g., medical, dental, life insurance) including employee inquiries, wellness programs, benefits orientation, enrollment support, leaves of absence, and terminations (COBRA).Lead the annual US Open Enrollment process, prepare census data, develop communication plans, coordinate system setup and testing, and lead employee education sessions.Manage all benefits transactions and approvals in Workday Benefits, troubleshoot system functionality, and coordinate vendor integrations.Design and implement global wellness initiatives, including mental health programs, fitness challenges, and work-life balance initiatives.Develop clear and engaging communication materials to educate employees about available benefits.Use data-driven approaches to evaluate and recommend enhancements to current programs.Maintain regulatory compliance and manage external resources to ensure adherence to benefit plans.Manage the global recognition program and develop annual budgets.Coordinate relationships with benefit plan providers, brokers, third-party administrators, and other vendors.Design, implement, and build scalable benefits programs across multiple regions.
