P/T Landlord Assistant/maintenance worker

New Bedford/Fairhaven landlord seeing part time property maintenance worker. I am a carpenter by trade, jack of all trades as a landlord. I am looking for someone willing to learn. Need help from lawn maintenance to fixing holes in walls, painting, cleaning, turning over apartments if available. Replacing deck boards, scraping and plastering ceilings is my next project I could use assistance with. Pay is $22-28 per hour willing to work around hours, as little or as much as you want.
