We are Amazon Robotics and we will give you the tools and support you need to invent with us in ways that are rewarding, fulfilling and fun.Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated Senior (Sr) Software (SW) Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will be part of the Robotic Storage Tech Solutions and Program Management team focused on next generation robotic system design, as well as supporting the existing fleet of robotic and automation technology.The Sr SW TPM will manage the full project lifecycle of innovative programs aimed at improving the efficiency and lowering the cost of Amazon’s next-generation warehouses. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

5+ years of software development experience

Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
