DescriptionAmazon Robotics develops state-of-the art robotics for Amazon’s Fulfillment Centers, which handle more singular items than any company in the world. Our Org in the Amazon Robotics is responsible for Manipulation programs which is at the forefront of building automation products for manipulating packages and singular items in our fulfillment centers. We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data models, data governance frameworks, and interactive dashboards and visualizations to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to understand their mathematical data driven needs and provide self-service analytics and reporting capabilities.Key job responsibilities
Develop and maintain data models and schemas for KPI metrics
Develop self-service analytics and reporting capabilities, enabling users to explore and analyze data independently.
Partner with business users to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective visualizations and reports.
Provide training and support to business users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of BI solutions.
Continuously monitor data quality and optimize data flows to ensure efficient and reliable data delivery.
Examine data sources for relevance, quality, and potential integration into the BI ecosystem.
Conduct enterprise-wide data discovery and profiling to identify potential data sources and understand their characteristics.
Build interactive dashboards and visualizations to present key performance metrics and insights.

3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
Experience writing complex SQL queries
Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
