Description CUSTOMER OPERATIONS - Our client is seeking a team-oriented individual to join their in-house customer service operations. The role includes responsibilities such as ensuring timely and cost-effective product delivery, managing shipping or delivery issues, and effective communication with impacted parties. Tasks will also include order processing, shipping logistics, customer support, inventory coordination, warehouse communication, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be able to excel in a non-structured work environment-friendly approach.Requirements Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service Experience working in a call center environment Demonstrated customer service abilities, preferably in a fast-paced setting Administrative assistance skills, including data entry and scheduling Ability to handle customer issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be a plus Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
