We are looking for a high energy, detail-oriented leader with experience leading a sales team.
The right candidate would possess the ability to represent the company effectively by meeting with potential customers and forming relationships that address their needs, as well Supervising and empowering a sales team.
3 years managing a team, helpful but not mandatory.
Superior social and communication skills with a strategic focus on the end goal.
Experience building high performing teams and/or performing at a high level, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent. Ie; hiring, firing, coaching.
Able to motivate and get the most out of others.
Hands on training, working alongside and development of sales team members.
This is a full time 50 hour a week position.
Salaried position 40k-50k
