Year round respected dinner restaurant looking to hire a new member for our management team!
We are a local family run establishment looking for help in the FOH management of the restaurant. We do dinner service 7 nights a week as well as catering banquets and luncheons on demand. We are actively looking to expand our banquet operations to generate additional revenue.
This is a flexible position but primary duties can be expected to include:
Answering telephones and booking reservations
Programming daily specials and updating website
Booking catering events & banquets
Meeting with clients and showing the facilities
Part time or Full time Year Round employment may be available for an ideal candidate.
An ideal candidate will be:
Punctual and reliable
Coachable and able to follow SOPs
A self-starter, capable of building new SOPs
Experienced in the industry or with similar customer service positions
A good communicator, capable of pleasantly conversing with clients
A problem solver
Positive minded
Looking to grow and build
