Sr. Global Product Manager (Pittsburgh, PA or Cambridge, MA)The Sr. Global Product Manager formulates, drives and executes the upstream product strategy for the assigned portfolio.Your role:

Formulate the upstream strategy (Portfolio, Product, lifecycle and professional services, software & Clinical claims roadmaps) for the assigned portfolio based on strong (clinical & economical) customer insights, in close cooperation with global markets (supported by Market Intelligence).

Collect and analyze market information, competitive benchmarking and define existing market target groups.

Translate a general product plan into clear detailed specifications for proposition development, business case and potentially new business models.

Work in cross-functional teams with R&D, Design, Finance, Quality, Regulatory and Operations to develop and deliver integrated offerings that meet the needs of priority customer segments and improve patient care delivery.

Own product pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.

Lifecycle management: Keeps the existing portfolio healthy from a financial, patient safety and quality perspective.

Drives the market introduction of the portfolio and develops effective marketing materials and clinical claims based on deep customer & market insights.

Works with Field Marketing / Business development teams to enable the Market marketing & sales teams.

This Sr. Global Product Manager is a part of Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care, and reports to the Segment Lead in the Patient Interfaces Category.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 5+ of experience in marketing, product development or a related field.

You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s degree preferred.

Your skills include:

Strong drive and experience in value proposition creation.

Portfolio management and pragmatic decision-marking around lifecycle management.

Understanding of willingness to pay and commercial policy enabling development of pricing models.

Ability to develop realistic and comprehensive business cases and new business models.

Driving customer results by utilizing program/project management abilities.

Defining marketing mix, channel strategies and Go-To-Market approach, Installed Base programs, etc.

You’re a real team-player, have a positive can-do attitude and are a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality who knows how to get things done in a matrixed organization.
