You’ll be: Providing support to Human Resources on topics related to benefits, payroll, time and attendance, and HR policies and procedures. Managing all onboarding of new hires, including managing, updating, and delivering new hire orientation content. Effectively interpreting and explaining LOAs to employees; processing and administering all leave-of-absence requests. Processing payroll for both the US and Canada, including regular pay and supplemental pay. Assisting employees with questions about their wages, taxes, and deductions. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local jurisdiction payroll regulations and guidelines. Responding to benefits inquiries from employees and managing benefits enrollments and changes. Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, issues, and claims. Communicating promptly with team members to respond to benefits-related issues and concerns. Assisting with the open enrollment process. Other duties as assigned.This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Must have 2 years Payroll Experience. Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws. Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Have a minimum of an Associate's degree in HR or a related field, and/or relevant work experience. Have at least 3 years of experience in HRIS, Payroll, & Benefits.
