Provide a single point of contact for US Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) Department’s operational supportIndependently interact with on-site, scientific teams as well as European members and suppliers such as CROs to ensure smooth and expedited processing of requests and resolve issuesContributing to and identifying tools to enhance group communication and efficiencyMonitoring training assignment and compliancePotential to serve as a group leader (GL) as wellDuty examples include:Shipping and receiving of samplesSetting up POs, purchasing and invoicing, tracking spend and assisting with budgetCoordinating studies with other global sites and CROsEnsuring data are received back in a timely manner, reviewed by internal SMEs and input into the appropriate digital platformsArranging travel and setting up events along with managing calendars and setting up meetingsWriting memos and non-scientific communication documents
