About This RoleAs the Head of Culture and Inclusion, you will be at the forefront of shaping and nurturing a workplace environment that thrives on inclusion. Joining the talent and organizational performance leadership team, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and HR to infuse the New Biogen Way into our culture. Your mission will be to catalyze a high performing culture of inclusion and belonging that resonates throughout the company. By promoting employee engagement and leveraging your leadership expertise, you'll contribute to driving Biogen's organizational performance to new heights.What You’ll DoDevelop and implement innovative strategies that promote a high performing and inclusive company culture.Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to integrate the principles of the New Biogen Way and inclusion into all people processes.Oversee the management of Employee Resource Groups, aligning their objectives with Biogen's goals while fostering intersectionality.Engage with inclusion councils across functions and regions to synchronize and propel their initiatives forward.Build Biogen’s external brand presence through strategic community partnerships and professional networking opportunities.Work with the People Analytics team to identify and address differences in the sense of belonging among the employee population.Facilitate employee listening sessions to encourage open dialogue, learning, and the development of a more inclusive work environment.Identify and act on feedback to continuously improve our cultural and inclusion practices.
