Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement:

Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key improvement opportunities using data analysis, problem-solving techniques, and value stream mapping.

Design and implement lean initiatives, including kaizen events, daily management, problem solving sessions.

Ensure your kaizen events and Daily Management meetings are properly planned / executed / sustained

Coach and mentor teams on lean tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and engagement.

Analyze process data to identify and eliminate variation, ensuring consistent and predictable outputs.

Conduct root cause analysis of challenges and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Utilize visual aids and data dashboards to drive real-time decision-making and continuous improvement.

Champion Change Management:

Drive cultural transformation by building buy-in and overcoming resistance to change initiatives.

Create and drive change communications including setting up and managing stakeholder networks

Celebrate successes and measure the impact of improvement efforts to sustain momentum.

Degree in Business or Engineering required, Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent job experience

Management consultancy, business transformation and analytics background preferred

At least 10 years relevant working experience in a global operating company in a regional or global role

5+ years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry

Experience with quality management preferred

Proven expertise with applying Change Management methodologies and tools

Proven expertise with applying Continuous Improvement methodologies

Proven expertise with analytics tools and dash boarding preferred

Experience in creating and implementing visual management systems

Strong critical thinking to identify and synthesize patterns from emerging trends and translate into actionable recommendations

Excellent analytical thinking to be able to interpret large amounts of information and synthesize insights

Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.

A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

Project Management skills

Ability to travel up to 30%

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
