Commercial Events CoordinatorYou will have the opportunity to support the Philips Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Commercial Events team with administrative tasks, planning & logistics for over 250 world class trade shows and internal events in North America annually.Your role will be:

Reviewing, approving and continued management of grants and/or exhibit funding applications submitted to IGT NA through the Salesforce CAGC portal.

Completing, submitting, managing and closing all Salesforce EMT event briefs.

Vendor sourcing, contracts, relationship management, budget management and expense reconciliation.

Commercial events invoicing and payment processing across multiple device functions and Philips Business Units, including PO creation & management.

CVent event registration site builds, management & reporting, that includes data analytics and trade show ROI metrics.

Event planning & onsite logistics support.

Collaborate with Marketing to create Brand Experiences that project and exploit the Philips Strategy and Brand.

Supporting order fulfillment process for online company orders and maintains inventory and redemption trackers.

Assisting with all administrative duties required by the team; scheduling, corporate calendar management, arranging conference calls, creating and maintaining shared drives, ordering office supplies, planning and logistics for team meetings including; travel, lodging, AV and offsite activities.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 3+ years event management experience.

Your skills include project management, organizational experience, Microsoft Office advanced user proficiency, strong written & oral communication skills and a strong technical aptitude.

You have a Degree in Hospitality and/or Events Management (preferred).

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

You also have strong experience at a multi-national corporation, with online systems such as SAP, Ariba, Salesforce or Cvent.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
