Employee Onboarding Coordinator

As a New Employee Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our new hires have a smooth and positive introduction to our organization. You will be responsible for organizing and implementing the onboarding process, facilitating orientation sessions, and providing essential support to new employees.Your role:

Coordinating and executing the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization, while collaborating with various departments to schedule and organize orientation and training sessions/activities.

Conducting engaging orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and values.

Managing logistical aspects of the onboarding process, including scheduling, room bookings, and ensuring necessary resources are available for new hires, while acting as a point of contact for new employees, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date onboarding documentation and accurate and up-to-date onboarding documentation, including checklists, forms, and training materials.

Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to the onboarding program and soliciting feedback from new hires to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience as an onboarding coordinator and/or relevant experience in an HR generalist role.

Your skills include the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment, proactively solve problems and have a customer first mentality.

You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business Administration, or a relevant experience.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

You have strong organizational and time-management skills, have strong interpersonal skills and are an communicator (both verbal and written).
