Job Title: Digital Lead, Hemophilia A MarketingThis role will drive Hemophilia A digital marketing efforts for Sanofi’s priority Brand ALTUVIIIO & legacy brand Eloctate. This individual will need to partner across the Hemophilia team (Hem A, Hem Franchise and Portfolio/ RBD) as well as multiple cross-functional and agency partners, and will play a key role in leveraging & generating insights to drive creation and ongoing optimization of digital campaigns and digital ecosystem; continually aligning digital plans and strategies with brand objectives, goals and budgets.The position requires proven digital marketing expertise and experience developing customer-centric omnichannel strategies. An understanding of implementation digital marketing strategies inclusive of personalization, CRM is a must, with audience-driven segmentation planning as a preferred skillset. This position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts and will report to the US Head of Hemophilia A.Position Overview / Key Responsibilities
Lead Hemophilia A Consumer & HCP digital & media strategy and implementation (including social media and NPP analytics), partnering with Consumer & HCP marketing leads on brand content
Possess an in-depth understanding of the multiple channels of customer engagement which can be utilized effectively in an integrated fashion to deliver cross-channel customer journeys (Consumer & HCP)
Constant focus on enabling the best customer experience in every interaction; providing a way for that customer to continue their conversation with the brand
Keen focus on developing targeted and actionable digital measurement plans, selecting KPIs and setting goals, targets and measurement milestones that directly relate to business objectives
Secure tactical approval through Medical, Regulatory & Legal Review
Increase key performance metrics to attract and move audiences with content, including organic prospect traffic, time on page, click-thru rates, subscribers, form fills, and registrations.
Active pursuit of data & insight-based steering of Digital investments; Shares insights and shape recommendations based on behavioral and performance data to assess campaign lift and ROI
Build familiarity with brand strengths, opportunities, competitive challenges, and key attributes to provide strategic guidance on optimal digital engagement activities (strategies, campaigns, messages) against specific Brand needs
Manage key agency relationships (e.g. Hemophilia A media, MicroHealth partnership) critical to the creation, dissemination/ execution and analysis of Hem A digital strategies
Act as the key owner & Hem. franchise/ RBD champion for high-profile Sanofi digital initiatives (e.g. Digital Accelerator) & pilots
Always assess the ever-changing digital landscape to identify areas of opportunity worth pursuing (e.g. GenAI)
Ensure that all marketing processes, documents and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with Sanofi corporate compliance guidelines
Be a great partner
Works well in a highly matrixed environment to successfully partner across the Alliance, with cross-functional teams, and agency partners
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication and presentation skills

Position RequirementsEducation:Undergraduate: BA/BS Experience Required:
5+ years experience in digital/execution (including Biotech/ pharmaceutical experience)
Digital Marketing targeting HCPs and Consumer/ Patients
Functional Skills/Business Experience:
Digital customer strategies
Digital marketing channels and the key benefits that each achieve at driving enhanced customer relationships
End-to-end strategic marketing of pharmaceutical products (preferred)
