Construction & Development company looking to hire ONE skilled helper/carpenters helper to assist project manager. Ideal candidate is youthful, eager to learn, and has 3-5 years of construction experience. Job will provide great knowledge and growth potential on how to build and develop single family and multi-family homes for clients and yourself. We are building start to finish demo to final inspection projects in high end finishes throughout the Boston area.
Requirements:
1. Unbeatable work ethic - this is not an easy job. You will be asked to climb ladders, do demo, carry 50 lb bags, work in extreme heat, work long days, etc.
2. Reliable vehicle
3. Basic tools - tool belt, boots, hand tools, etc. power tools ideally but at least the basics are required.
4. High quality ethics and human being - our team are all good guys. No drugs, no alcoholic, no headaches, no criminals. We will know instantly so don’t waste your time.
5. Friendly can-do attitude - no complainers, no excuse makers, looking for someone that wants to build a high paying career in the construction industry and willing to work their ass off to do it.
