Busy Home Builder has opening for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator. Able to run a 312 Excavator, A Mini Excavator and Skid Steer.
Work requires you to work with excavation digging foundation holes, installing Septic Systems. Then working with the Carpenters Finishing Team. Must be good at Carpentry, Hanging Doors, doing some Framing, helping in all aspects of finishing new homes.
Willing to help out with landscape and all aspects of finishing turn key homes. Able to lift 80 lbs., hi energy.
Must have good references and a team player. Able to get along with everyone. M-F work 7:00 - 3:30
