Job Summary: The Asbestos Abatement/Demolition Supervisor will oversee demolition and asbestos abatement projects, both residential and commercial.
Job Responsibilities
Direct and supervise team of laborers under a specific scope of work and get the job done in a timely manner
Record all timecards daily for work completed in a mobile timecard application
Must adhere to and enforce company safety and compliance policies and procedures at all times
Requirements will include varying levels of physical activities such as standing, crawling, squatting, walking, and heavy lifting of up 50 lbs. or more
Accountable for all tools/machinery taken to jobsites and making sure equipment comes back in good working condition to the warehouse
Ability to work flexible hours due to varying project start times
Job Requirements
Must possess current Asbestos Supervisor license
Must have OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 preferred
Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
Must be able to read and speak English; Spanish speaking a plus
Two to three years supervisor experience
