About the Role:

The Construction Supervisor will oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and according to design intent. Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site construction activities from sitework to final finish.

Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections.

Provide clear communication and regular updates to project stakeholders.

Assist with project closeout, walkthroughs, and punch-list completion.

Qualifications:

5+ years of supervisory experience in high-end residential construction.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

Proven ability to manage multiple trades and phases of work.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
