Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Lifeforce Glass, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering robust client relationships to drive growth and profitability through existing customers and representatives as well as through the development of new wholesale partnerships. Your goal will be to promote Lifeforce Glass's products and services, ensuring our brand reaches new heights through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional account management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for new business opportunities, focusing on growth and expansion into new markets through wholesale partnerships.

Act as the primary point of contact for all account management matters, ensuring strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining Lifeforce Glass’s integrity and values.

Utilize changes in the business, social, and legislative landscapes to uncover new sales opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify new channels for user acquisition and sales.

Organize and lead business meetings with prospects, guiding the process from initial contact to contract signing and beyond.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall success.

Actively promote Lifeforce Glass’s products and services, aligning sales strategies with the company’s strategic goals.

Enhance customer experience and manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes.

Analyze market and consumer data to generate insightful commercial strategies.

Manage relationships with partners and ensure seamless integration of e-commerce business operations.

Provide regular reports to top management on progress, milestones, growth, and other critical metrics.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, and account management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience in e-commerce, with a preference given to candidates with experience launching e-commerce platforms.

Experience in business to business and business to consumer sales.

Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.

Energetic, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment. Technologically savvy and highly organized, with an emphasis on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

$50,000 paid bi-weekly

- commission on pre-existing sales @ 2.5% – Sunset after 6 months

- commission on pre-existing sales post 6 months – 1.5%

- commission on new sales, sunset after 12 months – 5%

- commission on your pre-existing sales post 12 months – 2.5%

All business related expenses covered

Total estimated benefit package - $100,000+
