High Tech Turning is a family-owned CNC machine shop that was founded in 1985. We produce medium to high-volume machined components primarily for medical devices, but we also have customers in electronics and aerospace. In 2024, we shipped over 8 Million (8,000,000) custom CNC machined parts to our customers. We are located in Watertown, MA close to major highways and near public transit and bike trails.

Our production is a mix of short production orders (500+ pcs) and continuous production runs (1,000,000+ pcs). The parts are made on a mix of 37 CNC swiss lathes and vertical multiaxis CNC milling centers. All production is high precision (up to +/- .0001”) and custom made to customer specifications. Our Quality management system is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified.

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to help continue the growth of the company while continuing to serve the needs of our existing customer base. You will direct the company’s marketing and sales efforts and be one the key faces of the company to our customers:

Create strategic marketing plans to enhance company sales;

Use modern internet marketing methods combined with market awareness and personal industry contacts to find and develop new customers.

Manage the company’s website, blog, and social media pages to maximize web traffic and sales and provide value to our customers.

Promote visibility of HTT by partnering with media, customers, suppliers, and vendors to create press releases and blob posts for significant events.

Reach out to existing customers and historic customer base for new leads that can enhance sales.

Develop customer relationships and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field or equivalent work experience.

10+ years of experience in a manufacturing field

10+ years of business development experience.

Direct machine shop (precision CNC milling and turning) experience a major plus.

Customer oriented industrial sales experience is a plus.

Experience marketing using social media and utilizing SEO best practices.
