We currently have an extraordinary opportunity for a Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate will be within commuting distance from our Woburn, MA headquarters with the ability to work from home 3 days per week.

Job Description:

The SDR will use a variety of marketing strategies, including social media prospecting, outbound calling, emailing networking to set appointments for outside Technology Sales Representatives. It's your responsibility to analyze the viability of leads so our outside sales reps can focus on closing deals. Our ideal applicant has a bachelor's degree in a business or marketing-related field, but we will consider sufficient sales experience and proven skills in lieu of formal education. We will provide on-the-job training in our sales and marketing strategies and products.

Responsibilities:

Generate and assess sales leads through social media marketing, emails, and phone calls

Discuss customers' needs and how our products or materials can help them reach their goals

Perform market research

Input daily sales activity and client information in CRM database

Assist in planning, driving attendance, and organizing customer networking events

Share qualifying leads with sales closers

Required Skills/Experience:

Comfortable with making 50+ outbound calls per day

1 to 5 years of sales development experience

Previous collection agency experience required

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft solutions a plus
